All Bakers the Fair wants you to enter your baked goods this Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 9am in the Fair Office!!!!
Culinary entries must have attached recipe card, be able to hold without refrigeration, and be carefully displayed under clear plastic disposable containers. The Collier County Fair is not responsible for pans, platters, plates or etc. Recipe cards will not be returned and m...ay be published or shared with anyone.

Class 22 Breads Muffins, Loaf Bread, Coffeecake, Biscuits, Yeast Bread, Machine
Class 23 Cake Mix Plus Recipe must include more ingredients than limited on the cake mix box
Class 24 Cake Sponge Cakes, Fruit Cakes, Pound Cakes, Cupcakes (1 dozen)
Class 25 Pies Single Crust, Double Crust
Class 26 Cookies Bar, Pressed, Dropped, Rolled (1 Dozen)
Class 27 Candy & Misc Fudge, Caramels, Brittle, Popcorn Balls
Class 28 Desserts Cobblers, Tarts, Scones, Turnovers
Class 29 Novelty Culinary Decorated Cakes (judged for looks and not for taste). Base size Items limited to 1/4 sheet size, 12” round and one foot height limit. No pre-formed edible decorations. No items requiring refrigeration will be accepted.

The Family Living/Education Tent is a 66′ X 116′ tent which houses all of the local entries in the competition. You will see all of the quilts, preserves, cakes, pies, cookies, canned goods, and a vast display of most any products that are home made by Collier County residents.

Some of the competitions are Adult Sewing & Handwork, Youth Sewing & Handwork, 4-H Cultural Arts, 4-H Booths and 4-H & Open horticulture. Also, both Youth and Adult Arts & Crafts. Each item on display has the Ribbon which it won attached, and the name of the entrant.
